Really! I don't - not since I was a little girl. In the last few years, they have made a bit of a comeback. When you think about it, they are very similar to skirts. Since I love skirts, why shouldn't I wear shorts? So here is my attempt at wearing them to work (where I have to keep it professional). I love that these heels really manage to dress up the outfit. I also love the way this ruffled top looks with it. What do you think?
